This means now is a good time to share the news that you're pregnant with family, friends and your workplace. “The growth of my tummy was like a reality check that my baby was coming,” remembers Helen. “It also got me excited to meet him as my due date approached.” While your hair and skin can look great in your second trimester, some women can experience changes in their skin pigmentation (such as linea nigra and melasma) and possible stretch marks.
