Peel and quarter the boiled eggs. 6. Ina That’s A Bowl mix the mayonnaise and dressing and fold into the baby potatoes, eggs, chives, gherkins and red onion. 7. Season to taste with Salt & Pepper 8. Garnish with parsley, crispy onion and lemon zest if desired.
